At step #5, you need to kill Straw at the dead tree and large boulder north of Ardagh. Hes spawns there at dusk, but the quest does not proceed if you do.
1. Get the quest
2. Proceed to step 5
3. Kill Straw
1. Straw should be there the entire night, or he should spawn upon killing the spraggons at night.
2. Implement the proper sequence, aka the drop of its Head.
