The Stripe Hide Helm, cloth version, from the quest "Stripe" has a weight of 8 lbs. All other cloth pieces that I have encountered below level 30 have a weight of 0.8 - 1.2 lbs.
1. Level a Runemaster or other cloth wearer to 25 (minimum level to receive quest)
2. Complete quest and look at weight on helmet (reward for completing quest)
3. Compare weight of Stripe Hide Helm to weight of other cloth helmets of similar level.
The weight of the Stripe Hide Helm should be lowered to be similar to other cloth helmets of a similar level.
