Step 3 is not doable by lvl 15 Warden......................
1. Get the quest "Straw's in town"
2. DO step 1 and 2
3. Do step 3, find Straw. Interact with him, nothing. Kill him, nothing.
Well im not sure but it cant be that hard................
I dont have the evidence, but i feel none are needed since it easy to reproduce the error
