I try to launch Uthgard and a box pops up saying that I already have a game client running-which I do not- and when it does eventually pull up the queue I will wait in line until I make it to the beginning and then crash and say there is an error.
1. Pull up Launcher and click play
2. Wait for an error box or queue to finish

I do not a have a solution but instead am wondering if there is a patch or update that I may have missed and not downloaded. My laptop is not one of the newest but I have restarted it twice and tried various methods my uncle instructed me to try.
