There are no or nearly no Lough wolf cadgers near Mag Mell.
According to http://capnbry.net/daoc/mobs.php?z=200&m=2014
there should be plenty directly between Mag Mell and TNN.
This is particularly annoing for tasks.
1. search lough wolf cadger near Mag Mell
2. the direction indicated by the task giver is south of Mag Mell
3.
The NPC spawn around Mag Mell should be corrected. It is considerably harder to get from 1 to 5 on Connla or Mag Mell in comparison to Albion starter zones, where the NPCs seem to be placed correctly

This site has been correct for all NPCs in Albion starter zones till level 12.
So I do not see a reason to doubt it i this case.
