The item "Pitted Stiletto" does not say "equipable in left hand. As far as I know all stilettos are equipable in left hand and this one is, in fact, equipable in left hand.
1. Place Pitted Stiletto in left hand slot
2. Observe that item does in fact equip
3. Check item stats, does not say it is left hand equipable
Change item stats to reflect that the item is equipable in left hand.
