On the necromancer, the power vacuum spell is consuming power with every click of the spell rather than with every individual cast of the spell. Even after setting the follow up spell.
1. On a necromancer, ready the power vacuum spell
2. Have a target in range
3. Click the power vacuum spell more times than necessary. You will notice the power pool depleting with every click rather than each time the spell is cast.
Have the power consumption, based on when the spell is actually cast rather than when the button is clicked.
I don't have any screenshots or videos, but I have spoken to plenty of people in game about the issue, and they tested it as well. From my own experience, it doesn't do that with any other spell in the deathsight spell line. And never did this in the original servers.
