Receieved Fagan's Signet Ring from the Level 15 Seek the Moonstone Quest for Enchanter. Upon equipping the item I receive an error message: "The magic of the Fagan's Signet ring fails to affect you."
1. Receive Fagan's Signet Ring from Fagan
2. Equip the ring
3. Observe error message and confirm that stats did not change
