3219: [Hib] Warshade Flute is equipable together with a shield

Description

I can equip the Warshade Flute in the 2h slot and it also equips the shield.
It should not equip the shield

Reproduction Steps

1. Get the Warshade Flute
2. Get a shield
3. Equip Both

Intended Behavior

Every Instrument should require 2 hands when equiped

Evidence

I looked here: http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=17113
it doesnt say it only needs 1h, that would have been noted because it is unusual
