Two nights in a row we have encountered hib pbaoe casters (sri, Mocandgo) who cast without being interupted while taking damage, melee and magical without using a realm ability.
1. Make a hib caster, spec in pbaoe
2. Fight anybody while taking damage and cast through that damage
3. Kill stuff without a care
If you are taking damage you should not be able to free cast unless you use a realm ability or quickcast.
Multiple witnesses with me each night and the same result.
