Step 6 requires you to kill 4 named mobs and wear their drops in the center of the room, this should give you the item "Amulet of Fasius Previlus".
I have equipped all 4 items and nothing happens.
1. Kill named mobs in the room
2. Equip all 4 items
3. Stand in center of room
The item "Amulet of Fasius Previlus" should appear in your inventory.
