normally all border keeps should have all class trainer there.
Also the vaulth is missing there.

just add vaulth and the class trainer. they were upstaiers on the wall in their epic amour
has always been not sure that this was added in a patch but I remember 2.65 well and there were all trainer in the main border keeps
