3242: Old Capitals/DF for Uthgard?

Description

I was wondering if potentially Old capitals/DF would be coming to Uthgard?
I saw a previous post about this before but was marked as Resolved?

Or even if there was an option like in the client to enable old capitals etc?
Not everyone agrees, but I would say yes. Check out the videos.

Reproduction Steps

1. Install old capitals
2. Install old DF
3. Look at videos <3

Intended Behavior

By installing new capitals for a proper old school feel.
Look at videos so cool ;)
