While reclaiming keeps in the Albion frontier on 1/18/2017 people in the battlegroup were not getting credit for taking keeps in the /title screen.
If it helps we retook - Erasleigh, Hurbury, Boldiam, Berksted
1. Check your number of keeps captured in /title
2. Join a battlegroup and a normal group
3. Take a keep (we were in the Albion frontier if that helps)
4. Check the /title screen and notice you do not get credit
You take a keep and the number goes up. Alternatively, explain the trigger for how this is counted as there seems to be confusion if it is indeed working properly.
Unfortunately I have no specific evidence to support this claim from screenshots or video. That would require a video of somebody at this patch level in Classic taking a keep then typing /title before and after to confirm/deny.
