3261: Monstrous Beast Step references wrong NPC Brogg

Description

Step 4 of the quest hand me a letter to bring to Brogg in Dvalin. But here there is only Brok. Also http://camelot.allakhazam.com/quests.html?cquest=68 states an NPC called Brok not Brogg. Searching for a Brogg in old DAOC NPC lists also yields no Brogg for Midgard.

I tried to hand Brok the questitem but he wont accept it therefore I'm unable to finish the quest.

Reproduction Steps

1. get to 4 step of the quest and try to finish it with the current letter to Brogg (Brok)

Intended Behavior

Referencing the quest item as is to the NPC Brok in Dvalin.
