I made my character the shortest possible, after a restart my character is now taller for some reason. My guild mate reports the same problem.
1. Make Character
2. Log out/wait for restart
3. Character is now taller than you originally picked.
Allow people to have their characters height adjusted 1 time
Character height never changed on live and I don't remember it doing this on beta either.
