Have been sitting in Que for about 3 hours, then suddenly my que window closes and theres nothing i can do to get it back. i then need to start over in que, but its realy frustrating.
1.log on in hige ques
2.wait awhile
3.get the same bug
Maby the ticket system can save ur spot in que if the window suddenly closes?
