When healing a necromancer pet, the group window does not update "promptly", usually takes approx 5 seconds before the window will update to correct health.
1. Have a necro take damage
2. Cast a heal on pet
3. Check time before it updates
I believe the next time the necro takes damage or heals it will update, but should update instantly.
I main a cleric, so I consistently heal necros. Plan on using one in RvR so need this corrected.
