3289: Quest epic SB lvl 43 step 2

Description

Hi , the quest epic Sb level 43 step 2 is bug : we need found conchobhar for search info in vanern march.

When we approach him normally a patrol of guard(guarding,nurse) living dead has to appear and kill the pnj, then they attak us. But the patrol undead not appear and the quest is just block at this Step

Just make the quest :)

Intended Behavior

Just make appear the undead patrol and i think it's good after :)
