The bone necklace drop in Mithra (necklace with 3 INT) is lowercased and should be uppercased since it's a magical item drop.
1. Farm in Mithra
2. Get drop
3. Look at item. It's lower cased.
Just uppercase the name. My understanding is that all magic drop armor items should be uppercased.
