For example, my Song of Rest will show 'Disabled - 8 Seconds' and become highlighted after 8 seconds, but I still can't cast it for another 4 or so after that.
1. Cast a spell
2. Look at icon
3. Try to cast the spell again when it highlights.
Just looks like the icon data is out of sync with the actual cooldown times. They should be synced together so that the icon comes off cooldown when the actual spell does.
Check out my screenshot. Was spam-clicking the regen button and it repeatedly told me that I had to wait to cast it, despite the icon no longer being "greyed out."
