Timed spawns (at least in Lough Derg and Connacht) do not appear to be functioning. No ghostly siabras behind/near Tir na mBeo, no ghostly siabra camp north of TNN north gate, no wind ghouls at all (ever) in Connacht.
1. Go to any location where a night-only/timed mob camp would spawn in Hib.
2. Observe that they apparently never spawn.
3. Confirm this issue.
Implement the functionality or repair the bug that is preventing them from ever spawning. These are important mob camps for low teen levels.
These spawn camps worked previously but no longer appear to, they work on Live as well and definitely worked in 1.65.
