3320: SB Can't Stealth after a loading

Description

Hi , After a loading a lot of time i can't Stealth with my shadoblade before 200sec to the max i've take 1050sec.

Reproduction Steps

1. Just take a loading ,tp emain , hadrian wall , enter in dodens ...

Intended Behavior

i dont know how you can fix this but after wait 10min the gothi for tp and take 1050 sec before use stealth again.
