There is no more the hastener at Svasud Faste (frontier side).
1. Go to Svasud Faste, frontier side
2. Check on the left, close to the guard and you won't see the hastener npc
3.
The hastener must be in that place, as it was after the re-launch
there WAS the hastener at Svasud Faste. there is the hastener at Vindsaul Faste.
