I am unable to equip the 'Deluged Flute' in my ranged slot. The other Deluged instruments (like other instruments) are able to be equipped there.
1. Acquire a 'Deluged Flute'
2. Attempt to equip it in your ranged slot
3. Note the message 'The Deluged Flute must be readied in the left-hand or right-hand slot
The 'Deluged Flute' should be equipable in all slots, as other instruments are.
All other instruments that I've found are equipable in all weapon slots.
