"Arakane" is a monster related to the 2nd step of the epic quest "Taldos' Amulet".
Quest text: [Step #2] Retreive Taldos' stolen amulet from Arakane in Myrkwood Forest.
Without it, no further progress can be made.
Go to where "Arakane" is supposed to be in 1.65, which is in "Myrkwood Forest".

Having the quest isn't needed.
Check why "Arakane" can't be found. Is it because of:
- A too long respawn timer?
- It being stuck in a wall / below the ground?
- It being displaced to "East Svealand" 36506,53918,4412 (its new location on Live, should have occurred in 1.75)?
