3351: Ferrite Winding Crank - Task for siege equipment

Description

I was given the task at 400 WC to craft Ferrite Winding Crank. It cant be made till round 500 I was told and its also a seige item which I thought were taken out?

Intended Behavior

SHould be a task within the correct level of my crafting skill so its completeable. Also not siege equipment.

Evidence

There was patch note stating seige equipment was removed from tasks.
