Description

Medial Telemon in Lyonesse should be 46+, currently they are all 50+

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to lyo as a sorc
2. View the level of medial telemon
3. Realize they are too high level to charm on Sorc, all are 50+

Intended Behavior

The level range of the mobs should be adjusted to the right levels
