3375: Cannot Salvage OTD Item Boots of Catlike Footing

Description

I attempted to salvage the Midgard OTD Item Boots of Catlike Footing. I received the error message: "You can't salvage: Boots of Catlike Footing".

This item also cannot be sold to vendors. I'm not sure why you would not be able to salvage this.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create/obtain the Boots of Catlike Footing from Tas in Gotar.
2. Have adequate skill in leatherworking.
3. Right click on item and attempt to salvage.

Intended Behavior

Players should be able to salvage this item for crafting materials.

Evidence

I cannot find any evidence that says this item should have no salvage value.
