Description

Issue with the "glowing shod staff" rog item dropped from a mob in Yggdra Forest. Item shows Unique Object, but has no actual bonus stats on it.

Reproduction Steps

1. Kill a ~25 level mobs in Yggdra forest
2. Mob drops a glowing shod staff
3.

Intended Behavior

ROG item should have actual randomized stat bonuses to it.
