0339: Silngorf - Various Issues (Doesn't attack back, drop rate)

Description

I attacked Silngorf but instead of stopping and fighting back, he just continued to path back and forth erratically. He never hit me once while I fought him.

Also, he's supposed to always drop one of his weapons as listed here: http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=11019

Additionally, his buddy Vestus was nowhere to be found.

Reproduction Steps

1. Find Silngorf in Vale of Mularn.
2. Attack him.
3. Watch as he just paths back and forth but does not attack back.
4. Also notice that he does not drop a weapon 100% of the time.
5. And Vestus isn't anywhere around.

Intended Behavior

When attacked, Silngorf should stop pathing and fight back.

He should have a "buddy" named Vestus next to him.

He should drop one of his weapons 100% of the time.

Evidence

This website has unfortunately only 1 kill of Silngorf logged, but he did drop the bow which would make for 100% drop rate. Bad sample size though: http://www.mindkayak.com/bestiary/mob.jsp?mob=6967

The above website also talks about Vestus and has a screenshot of them standing near each other. I'm not sure if they should be physically linked or just spawn next to each other. It also mentions that either one or both of them should cast spells. Silngorf wasn't casting spells on Uthgard (but he also wasn't even fighting back). Can't find information as to whether Silngorf, Vestus, or both should cast spells (or which type of spells).
