2. skill up to aproximately 393 skill.
3. Receive one of many random tasks that includes creating a ferrite winding crank.
Remove the ferrite winding crank from the array of possible options to give to midgard crafters doing craft tasks.
There is no such metal in midgard as 'ferrite', thus the tasks completion possibility is 0%.
