At 9.9 bubs of xp on Lv24 Ranger character named "Cadebrennus" next kill dropped my Ranger to 1.0 bubs of xp. XP bar is now no longer moving and is stuck on 1.0 bub of xp at level 24. Loot is still working normally, xp reported in combat tracker is working normally but is not leveling my character up.
1. Create a level 24 Ranger with 9.9 bubs of XP
2. kill Irewoods near Parth farm in Connacht
3. See if Ranger levels to 25 or if Ranger drops to 1.0 bubs of xp.
level up the character automatically to level 25, see if this will push past the specific xp stoppage.
