0034: speed song takes 1000 second to be reused

i got to be a bard and cannot use speed song, i have to wait 1000 seconds to re-use it

i dont know, im not a fixer ;p im hoping it gars fixed

Evidence

i went to train and got the speed son, when i used and tried to re use it it told me i had to wait over 1000 seconds
