The Soulbinder's Jerkin that drops from Executioners salvages for 74 arcanium bars. I'm not sure what the correct value should be, but im 100% sure it should not give that amount of arcanium bars.
1. Kill Executioners in Malmohus.
2. Get the drop "Soulbinder's Jerkin".
3. Salvage it.
Should not give this many arcanium bars.

Almost no drops in classic should drop above material level 8. These were recently corrected from 10 to 8. |
