2. locate code that deal with secondary skills and see if its set to 0%
3. make sure secondary skills will skill up when making items that use those items
if the game code for fletching as secondary skills to not skill up while crafting that needs to be adjusted so that those skills will lvl as your craft
made a staff that needed metal leather and wood only woodworking and fletching leveled all other secondary skills did not level and i made 20 staffs with only skill up in woodworking and fletching
