3428: Hibernia trophy mob "Morty" not dropping "remains"

Description

Hibernia trophy "Morty" should at least occasionally drop remains when he is killed. I have killed Morty over 100 times and have received only coins.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a character in Hibernia.
2. Kill Morty in Lough Derg until he cons grey.
3. Look in inventory and see no remains.

Intended Behavior

I understand that the devs have purposely reduced the drop rate of remains, however I believe the drop rate should be significantly higher than 0%.
