Minstrel single target mezz does not correctly pulse on target.. which means if target resists my mezz another chant doesn't go off and I have to replay the song, this is a huge disadvantage..
1. Make mincer
2. Play single target mezz and wait, just 1 chant goes off.

Single target mezz should pulse as described on this website.
It also worked this way on Uthgard 1.0, which had the same target patch level.
