During the beta, one of the easiest places to find mobs to solo in the low 30s was the ridge and valley NE of Basar in Connacht. The alpha lucra's, amadan touched, and pookas were plentiful with a quick (5-10min) respawn. The last two days I have been hunting these, and once I have killed a spawn it doesn't not respawn for at least half an hour, some had not respawned an hour later.
Somehow these mobs' spawn rate has been reduced to a point where they are no longer a useful leveling resource.
1. Get to level 33ish and cross the bridge going from Ardee to DL.
2. past that bridge, to the South east and North east kill pookas alpha lucras and amadan touched. (if you can find any)
3. Wait for them to respawn. You will wait more than half an hour. On average you will wait an hour. This rate is MUCH slower than it was in beta, and during live, when the pooka camp was very popular.
Review the spawn rate for these mobs in this location and bring it back into line with something that permits hunting. During beta it was between 5 and 20 min. It is more than double that now. There is one mob who has kept his regular spawn timer, the named mob Famine. All others are MUCH slower.
I have no evidence other than having soloed there for three levels during beta. It has changed.
