When using the speed chant "Clear Wind" it fades and then goes stops effect for a half a second or so.
1. Make a bard Spec into nature
2. Get a lute. Cast "Clear Wind"
3. Run in a straight line.
Fix it so that it stays active at all times out of combat.
Not sure what to put here. Bard song never faded and went out of effect, usually refreshes itself
