Getting incorrect cooldown on charged items, says i have 33+ mins before i can discharge my item.
1. use Pooka Lord's Mantle cloak for dex/quick buff

Should have no cd the first time you use it or any other item and after that 2 minutes cd as stated on the item, in this case Pooka Lord's Mantle
This could be a bug to my character only, this started happening to me today. worked fine yesterday.
