3466: Cloak of the Blackheart Incorrect Stats

Description

Much of the in game gear and items have incorrect stats. For example, The Cloak of the Blackheart dropped from monsters such as the Decayed Barbarian should have the stats:

Constitution 16
Piety 16
Hits 36

However, the current stats for the cloak are:

Hits 15
Piety 4
Intelligence 4

Reproduction Steps

1. Log into game
2. Farm for cloak at Barrows
3. Click on the Info tab for item to view stats

Intended Behavior

Cloak should be updated to reflect the proper stats.
