3469: Sudden Retribution Bracelet Nothing worth ! Drops from Cythr

Description

The drop Sudden Retribution Bracelet from Cythraul in Llyn Barfog. Has no Sell value. Nothing states on the item that you can´t sell it. It needs a fix please

Reproduction Steps

1.Go to Llyn Barfog Kill some Cythraul
2. Item will drop at some point might take some time (Sudden Retribution Bracelet)
3. Now go back and try sell,and nothing happens then losing the item

Intended Behavior

It should be fixet so you can sell the item back to a Merchant, dont know the correct value

Evidence

I don´t realy have any proof on how it´s a bug. But then again a bracelet should be something worth. If not then info should say ( Can´t sell )
