I bought a cottage a few days then decided to sell it so i did, then today i bought a lot with the same toon i had bought the first lot/cottage with, so i ran to the central marchant in dalton where i bought the lot, ran back and it wont let me drop the deed on the lot to place the cottage down, it says " you own this lot, you dont own this lot" when i try and place it. this is a very serious issue that impacts the game in a major way, if it stops people from buying houses
1. buy a lot/cottage then sell it and with the same toon then buy another lot and try and place a cottage deed on the lot.

it should be fixed buy letting me place the cottage deed down on the lot i have purchased.
i cant find a screenshot that shows anything, it just says "you own this lot you dont own this lot"
