3504: Lesser Staff of the Pack lv req for use is to high

Description

The use on the Lesser Staff of the Pack is lv req. 50. but it was always a lv 48 use. Even if the first hit on webarchive is from 2004.. the picture shows clear that the lv req is lv 48 and not 50.

Reproduction Steps

1. get a Lesser Staff of the Pack
2. Check the lv req for the use
3. change it to lv 48 from lv 50 pls

Intended Behavior

Change the lv req for the use on the Staff to lv 48
