I completed the quest Strange Matters Indeed and my reward Shadowy Gem does not effect me when I put it on.
1. make a night shade
2. lvl to 7 and complete quest
3. get reward and equip it
Mkae the shadowy Gem give the stats that are on it
I completed tghe quest and received the reward and the shadowy gem does not effect me when equiped!
