1.Starting epic quest lvl 15 Paladin
2.Doing step 1-3
3 After killing Harish and his shade its not possible to tell Belef that its done
4.Stuck at Step 4

I asked around and many people had no issues Paladins and clerics cause its the same Quest. But i did nothing wrong. They did the same thing and it worked for them. Strange thing plz take a look. Thanks for you hard work keep it up.
Have a screenshot as proof but don not have accoutns on google drive or such and are not willing to create one. Plz check it anyway thanks.
