I created my guild Incognito Bandito and picked my emblem on the 3rd day of Uthgard launch. A few days later I got my guild name changed to Bushido by a GM after putting up an issue up on the tracker.
A different guild created afterwards, Ethiopia, was able to pick the EXACT same guild emblem as Bushido.
1. Guild 1 is created and emblem is picked.
2. Guild 1 gets a guild name change.
3. Guild 2 is able to pick the same emblem as guild 1.
Make Ethiopia pick a different guild as Bushido picked their guild emblem on the third day.
Two guilds should not be able to have the same emblem.
