During my craft task NPC ask me to deliver to Rhosyn but she doesn't exist now
1. Ask a craft task to Tailor MAster
2. Craft task have to deliver an item to Rhosyn
3. Rhosyn doesn't exist (and guards doesn't know her)
If Rhosyn have been withdraw please remove her dedicated craft tasks
Craft tasks send me to unknown npc I have to wait the end of the task
