After purchasing a house. Notice that the Border Non-portal Keep Teleporter is not available for purchase. The cost of this Teleporter is 500G

Each realm should have the corresponding merchant available:
Albion = Snowdonia Fortress Teleporter
Hibernia = Druim Cain Teleporter
Midgard = Vindsaul Faste Teleporter

Reproduction Steps

1. Buy a housing plot and purchase a entry level house.
2. Check the hookpoints menu in the interior of the house
3. See that the Border Non-portal Keep Teleporter(coresponding names above) is not listed among available merchants.

Intended Behavior

Border Non-portal Keep Teleporter should be available for purchase at the 1.65 patch level.

Cost = 500G
